Terms of Service

Effective date: October 7, 2026

1. What this is

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and [COMPANY_NAME] (“we”, “us”), the operator of Dropship Automation, a software-as-a-service platform for dropshipping sellers (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Dropship Automation lets you connect selling-channel stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay), import products from connected suppliers, sync orders, automate fulfillment through official supplier APIs, track shipments, manage returns, and view profit analytics. The exact features available depend on your subscription plan, as described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account, including actions by team members you invite once team seats are available.
  • One person or business may hold one free Import account; abusing the free tier with multiple accounts is grounds for termination.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Store and marketplace compliance is yours. You remain responsible for complying with the policies of Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, and any supplier you use — including product authenticity, listing accuracy, shipping times, and tax obligations. We provide tooling; we do not sell on your behalf or guarantee your accounts stay in good standing.
  • Credentials you connect stay your credentials. When you authorize a store or supplier connection, you grant the Service the access needed to perform the actions you request (syncing, ordering, updating tracking). Do not connect accounts you do not own or control.
  • No abuse. You must not: reverse-engineer the Service; use it to scrape or automate any third party in violation of that party’s terms; resell or sublicense access except through plans that allow it; upload infringing or unlawful content; or interfere with the Service’s operation.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • The Import plan is free. Paid plans (Starter, Advanced, Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Plan limits (imports per month, connected stores, auto-orders, shipment monitoring cadence) are enforced by the platform as described on the pricing page.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account falls back to the free Import tier. No partial-period refunds except as described in our refund policy.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; existing billing periods are unaffected.

6. Data and privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Store API keys and supplier credentials you connect are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); you can disconnect any integration at any time, which stops further syncing.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by [COMPANY_NAME] and licensed to you for the duration of your account. Your product data, store data, and credentials remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages or behavior of third parties (sales channels, suppliers, Stripe, carriers). Features may change as the product evolves; we will not remove paid functionality you rely on without notice and a migration path where reasonable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY_NAME]’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you are on the free plan). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or suspended selling accounts. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under Australian Consumer Law where it applies to you.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the free tier, or threaten the Service’s security — with notice where practical. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy, except where we must retain records for legal or billing purposes.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect with 30 days’ notice via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Questions: [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. Postal: [COMPANY_ADDRESS].
